Unable to Remote log into my server, this just suddenly happened. Help

Just lost connection to RDP into a server remotely in my LAN. after probing, i noticed the following services were down;
Remote desktop Connection Broker
Remote Desktop Management
RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Management
Windows Internal Database

Any ideas on how to bring back these services up?

Well apart from a reboot, remotely if needed? shutdown /r /m \\servername /t 60

Which OS, and is it being used as a remote desktop server for users/applications or just for you as admin?

Some of those are not likely to be started anyway in normal remote admin use.

@steve ,windows server 2012, for admins and users as well. it was fine. until 2 hours ago
Just trying to understand. The server is local, and you RDP to it because it is not exactly where you are?  Can you not get physical access?

You message seems to indicate, since I am assuming that you can get to the server locally, that all the Remote Desktop services have stopped. Right?

The error 1068 can indicate a number of things, but here, i would venture a guess that a network service RDP needs also stopped.

Is there any reason not to just go reboot the computer? Probably the safest way to be sure all is running properly. Other things may have also stopped or crashed.

In addition to Williams link which looks like it might solve the problem, see this link on error 1068: https://chromecrashes.com/error-1068-while-attempting-to-connect-to-the-internet/
I will restart the server and we'll see.
rebooted the machine, same error.
connection declined.
Shotgunning here: can you confirm that the network is working on that machine? Can you ping it? Can it ping other machines.  Just checking, as a network stack error can throw that same error. Sony again if obvious, but wondering if the NIC has gone bad?
Have you looked at the application event log on the server for any related events for teh servcies not starting ?
Assuming services are automatic then what is showing in the event logs after that reboot - can't start because of XYZ etc.  Are any of them configured to run as anything other than Local System, e.g. an account which could have been locked/deleted or disabled etc?

What services have you got showing as dependencies for that service then, and their status, then check their dependencies etc. and find the lowest level service that doesn't start, may give you better error message and/or look in the event log entries for it after the boot.
RD web Access was unable to contact XXXXXXXXXX.local, which is the server that is specified as running the RemoteApp and desktop Connection Management Service. Ensure that the name of the server is specified as running the remote App and Desktop Connection Management service entered correctly, and that the server is running  and available on the network. Error code 2147944122.

Note, we have a certificate from go daddy on this server. But it seems  the certificate is not pointing to  the rd web i see, is a local  certificate. any help on how to reposition the  rectificate?
And is XXXXXX.local the same server's name or another server, and silly question is THAT working right or needs a reboot ?!  Any DMZ or firewalls involved between them otherwise?
the server name. there is a firewall inbetween, hence the external cert. should i remove the remote web mgt altogether?
It may be worth drawing a simple diagram of how the systems hang together and their expected roles as sounds like this server may be the symptom rather than the cause.
