I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

You can't reliably find out. It would just be a "guestimate".

Thanks,

Darren

guestimate is ok, is there any website or organization will provide these data like w3techs?

One... Hundred... BILLION DOLLARS! I mean people.

As far as your request goes, that's just as reliable as having a guesstimate, if anything it's currently your most accurate "Guesstimate"

My point is, we can't get you a number unfortunately, you could check public records, I doubt that'll be up there though

Acronis True Image 2019 just released!

Create a reliable backup. Make sure you always have dependable copies of your data so you can restore your entire system or individual files.

Yeah that's not happening in that case, or I'd find it extremely unlikely

Those are the free ones, they may be able to speak with the company that develops the software and then find out how many people are using it.

Actually, go direct to the manufacturer and ask them

I was just looking at this myself and was ready to start experimenting because it was used for messaging as part of another package.

Hi,

I would suggest that a github search is probably the best method to find a rough statistic for the amount of usage. Apart from going to the organisation responsible for the product as suggested by Alex.

You would have to sift through the git results to make sure that they are meaningful (i.e. not college projects etc...). Also, you would have to narrow it down to the Country of origin as well. I'm not convinced this is the indicator you are looking for.

Thats my two cents on this...

Thanks,

Darren
