I have already removed the MailboxDatabase from the server along with the location of MailboxDatabase &amp;&nbsp;Transaction logs location.<br />
Here what happened in EV-SQL and EV-Archiving task were showing the Old MailboxDatabases which removed from the Exchange server.<br />
<br />
I have executed the SQL script to get removed from the EnterpriseVaultDirectory Databases. Now it has been removed from the Task target in Enterprise Vault Admin console.<br />
<br />
Here is the parameters to get removed Old MailboxDatabase from the EV-Tasks Target Databases after executed the Provisioning task.<br />
<br />
select * from ExchangeMailboxStore where Name Like 'MBX%'<br />
--Note:Old MailboxDatabase Entery it will display.<br />
--Note it down the Identity of MailboxDatabase.<br />
<br />
select * from ExchangeMailboxStore where MbxStoreIdentity=1 or 2 based on the searching criteria.<br />
<br />
Select * from ExchangeMailboxEntry where MbxStoreIdentity=1<br />
<br />
--Check where any other Mailboxes associated with this Old MailboxDatabases.<br />
<br />
delete from ExchangeMailboxStore where MbxStoreIdentity=1<br />
<br />
--After executing the Delete parameters in the EV SQL server side check for the 1. SQL command, where still its appearing or not.<br />
<br />
select * from ExchangeMailboxStore where Name Like 'MBX%'<br />
<br />
That did the trick to get remove from the Task of the associated Targets of the EV-Archival server in the admin console.<br />

I have verified in SQL EV Database, there is no mailboxes associated with old mailboxdatabases.<br />

I have removed the Task in Enterprise Vault and recreated, but showing the old mailboxdatabase entry.<br />
