Excel 2016 not showing data with graphs

I am using Office 2016 standard edition, Excel 2016 MSO(16.0.4266.1001) 64-bit. When ppl are sending excel sheets with graphs that has data labels or data tables some of the data is missing, although other users using the same version of office or different versions can view the same files properly. I tried repairing office installation, uninstalling office and installing the same version, as well as uninstalling and installing Office 2016 home and business still the same issue exists.

I was thinking of performing a full system fresh installation, just worried with all the pain that goes with it that the problem will remain and it will be another waste of time.

I appreciate your prompt help on this

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

So we have 2 sets of users, those With, and those Without all the Excel chart data.

Is there any commonality among the Withouts like:
different versions of Windows?

What is the source of the data? Is it all contained within a single worksheet, multiple worksheets, or maybe more than one workbook?  (Maybe the Withs have more local Excel files present than the withouts)

Is the data source a connection to a database or other source that the Withouts don't have permission to?

Thank you Paul and apologies for the delayed response as I am dragged in a field deployment.

There is no commonality between the with and the withouts data, all users can view the sheets with the graphs and the data except one, some of them have Windows 10 with Office 2016 Std, some Windows 10 with Office 2016 Home and Business, some with Windows 8.1 with Office 2016 Home and Business some windows 8.1 with Office 2013 Home and Business.

Data is locally created on one users machines running Windows 10 with Office 2016 Home and Business.

Thanking you in advance for your response

Cheers and thank you

As long as there are no data-security concerns, are there screen-shots that you can attach and describe to help me better understand the issue?

I installed Office 2016 Home and Business Edition and that sorted out the problem.
