Outlook 2016 not showing all emails

I have Outlook 2016 not showing some old emails in specific folder, which are visible fine in OWA.
We use Exchange  2013.
Folder shows "sync complete".
How can I fix this?

Oh on a more simple note, can you rename the OST file for that profile and then download it all again?

Oh size of the OST would be good too, anything above 50GB is an issue

This is almost always due to a custom view.

Click on View -> View Settings -> Current View

Clear the Filter condition.
