I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Let's do this in 2 steps. I think I've corrected the "00" problem and I've changed what's shown in LOCATION to include both the column and the row (it was only showing the column before). Let me know if that part is corrected. If it is, please don't select it as the answer until I fix the history problem.

OK, good, but I have a question for you about the history. On the HIST-DTA sheet, column 'A' is the number you search for, while column 'B' is how many there are. What bothers me is that column 'C' is a percent and to get that percent you are dividing column 'B' by column 'A'. That would make sense if column 'A' were the total number of 2-digit numbers, since then column 'C' would show you what percent of all the 2-digit numbers were the number you searched for, but to me dividing the count by the value that you searched for is meaningless. For example if you searched for "14" and the count were 14, the percent would be 100! What would that mean to you? And the problem with 00 is that there are 17 of them but when you try to divide 17 by 0 you get an error since division by 0 is not allowed.

I see

the %  should be

the count / Total column

(column B/ Column D)

whats we try to track is the higher  count (how many times the NUM appear in the total columns)

to identify it

that make sense

that make sense
Did you mean "Does that make sense?". If so then, yes, and I'll make that change. Since the percent is 'B' divided by 'D' then I think the '%' column should be after column 'D'. In other words switch 'C' and 'D'. Do you agree?
