but now we hit another snag
now we are getting "An unknown error has occurred"
"An error occurred and the requested action could not be completed at this time

to copy excel.exe I find where it's stored C:\\program files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Root\Office16\excel
I'm not sure where to copy excel.exe to? can you help?
