The attached excel file contains a list of newspapers, where the name is repeated against a location Id.
The requirement is to add an ID number (starting at 8000) in Column E, against each different newspaper name shown in Column D.
Where the newspaper name is repeated, the ID number will be repeated.
The first three newspapers, in 278 rows, have been completed manually as an example with the ID in column E.
