impossible to search with Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016

Hello

I am not able to search in Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016. I have an exchange server 2013. Standalone installation.

Please help

You have the issue with online or cached mode?

Yes I have the same problem with OWA.

I will check the online mode..all my outlook are in cached mode.

The best option is to rebuild the index.

Please  stop the Microsoft Exchange Search and Microsoft Exchange Search Host Controller services. Delete the folder that contains the Exchange content index catalog. Restarted both services,
