For Adblock Edge and probably others based on the same code:

Left click on the shield on the toolbar / tab bar and select one of the disabling options.

Disabling Firefox ad blocker
Side note:  I found the Kelly blue book site to be annoying to use and went to my bank last time I needed valuations.  All financial institutions that make car loans have the Blue Book, sometime several of them, and will gladly look values up.

The actual steps are similar for all Add Blockers, so for more detailed info you'll need to provide a link to the particular Add Blocker that you're using. I personally prefer and use Add Blocker Plus and all I need do is click to remove the tick from "Enabled on this site"

I hope that's helpful.
