Windows 8 Family Safety child account cannot browse after the windows update

It's been three months after I turn on the family safety on my computer and add a child account for the use my brother on his study then I can also monitor his activity use on my computer and its really effective because I can even filter the website on which I allowed him to browse.  After a 2 months of monitoring his daily schedule on his activity on my computer I updated my Windows 8( Version 6.3)  pc but after a 2 days, my brother browse but he cannot access it even the Google website that I allow , I switched on the Administrator account , I can still browse on all the websites. The problem is why can't the child account cannot browse even the Google website that I allowed after the windows update? I don't know if there is a missing code or driver after the update.

Can somebody help about these?

Hi Hunter,

May I know what is the current Windows version?

Follow below steps in order to check Windows build version:
1. Press Win + R to open Run box.
2. Type winver and enter.

Provide the windows version and build number show in the "About Windows" box.

alex
You may like to follow below steps to verify Family Safety Monitor is able to monitor the account.
1. Ensure your Windows PCs are showing correctly on http://familysafety.microsoft.com
2. Sign into the child account on the PC you’re having trouble with.
3. Confirm Family Safety Monitor is running
