Mysql table merge question

Dear Experts,
I need to select user ids which are in table 1 but not avaliable in table2 ? how can I do that?
how can I select the uid value which appears in table 1 but not table2 ?

Table 1
SELECT uid FROM satisci_tablosu

Table 2
SELECT distinct uid as satisci FROM takip WHERE tarih >= '$raportarihi' AND tarih < date_add( '$raportarihi' , interval 1 day)
