vmware vrealize business for cloud error

The error means that the link cannot be found. This can mean two things

a) The installation was not properly done
b) You're trying to access the wrong URL.

Are you sure everything was done correctly? Did you get any error in Tomcat's longs?

thanks girionis for your replay, but i didn't get any error during installation. also i didn't get errors in tomcat's log but i'm trying to search for the file or directory named itfm-cloud or businessmanagement.html i didn't find them, so i don't know is there an bug in the OVF file that i downloaded from vmware site or not?

Maybe the tfm-cloud or businessmanagement.html are virtual URLs, there are frameworks that can map a virtual URL to an actual file. But in any case, the problem is that this URL cannot be found.

Can you access any other vmware URLs?

yes i can access my vcenter, horizone view also loginsight

Then the most probable cause is that you have another version of vmware. When does the error occur? Do you click any button?

i've vcenter V 6.0.0 and the vrealize operation manager V  6.6.1.6163035 build 6163035, the vrealize business cloud version 7.5.0.23646

finally, it's worked now and running also i can i access its web page after following this url: https://esxsi.com/2017/06/13/vrb/
i added my vcnter server in it and the vrbc gave me the certificate error and asked me to install or cancel or view, so i choose install but when i try to sync it to give me the update and the cost of my infrastructure it gives me an error like what in the attach, so how can i fix it?

i tried it with name, FQDN, ip but gave me same error.
