I have a network with some switches to my gateway, all vlan0.
Now I have to setup a new vlan 253. Some VMs has to work in this vlan.

You meant vlan 1 ? default vlan is one .

tell your core switch(i believe this is L3 and  where you create your vlan) to route all traffic to default gateway .

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <default-gateway address>
