I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Things to check:
- Look in the Proofpoint if there is anything in the logs, see if the message is still in the SMTP outbound queue and look for the reason why it was not accepted.
- See if your sending server is blacklisted (I use mxtoolbox)

Are you saying that proofpoint shows that the email was successfully delivered?

ok if proofpoint shows the email was delivered and they can also send emails to you successfully, I would suggest you reach out to them and make sure that they are not blocking your emails. they may also have policies that could be blocking you.
