Two way authentication method setup for all the Exchange Mailbox Users - Exchange 2016 on Windows 2012 R2

How to setup the two way authentication on Exchange 2016 O/S Windows 2012 R2 server.

Please suggest me the settings required on my Exchange servers 2016 Enterprise Editions.

Your help must be appreciated.

6- Active servers(Exchange 2016 Enterprise Edition)
6-Passive servers(Exchange 2016 Enterprise Edition)
2-Journaling servers.(Exchange 2016 Standard Edition)

Without installation of RSA secure id, should we enable in Exchange 2016 USers Mailboxes?
Please let me know the prerequisites.
