Does the DLL exist in the location specified?

If so, have you re-registered the DLL with regsvr32 as specified?

How is that going to help with the ProLaw Full Text dll?  All you need to do is register the dll.  Re-running the network ProLaw installer would probably fix the issue as well.

If the .dll file was missing then my suggested solution will work. Otherwise your suggestion works when the .dll is corrupted.
