How are you doing the load balancing?

First thing I'd do is set up the NS' without that to see if it's the issue.

Thank you Justin Yeung.
After I changed persistence from SourceIP to COOKIEINSERT --> Timeout: 2 And Backup Persistence: timeout: 10, I am able to see the Apps and Desktop. i.e Enumeration process working fine.
But Launching process is asking Credentials again.
i.e I am receiving login screen.
Issue in Internet Explorer only.
If I login through Google Chrome, no issues. Apps and Desktop launching fine.
Please suggest.
This is normal as your receiver is not configured to do SSO.

However it will not be a problem if you are Ica via netscaler gateway as the session policy can be configured with SSO.
take a look to Storefront servers windows-eventlogs.
possible you see something like "do not trust XML requests" ... so you have to enable xml trust for delivers group.
possible you see something other ... please post it here.

Issue at GPO security filtering. Earlier we deleted "Authenticated users" .. Once we added this Group.. the second login screen disappeared.
Thank you Justin Yeung.
