My suggestion is you install all provided security fixes, as installing any new package, may hit one of these CVEs.
It looks like the answer to your question is yes. All these CVEs seem to directly or indirectly relate to MQ code.
And, you can spend hours trying to figure out an answer... or... just install all outstanding security patches for you AIX version + you'll be good.
