I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Which product?
  • XenDesktop - XenApp
  • ShareFile
  • Gotomeeting
  • Provisioning Services
  • XenServer (AKA Hypervisor)
  • Receiver
  • User Profile Management
  • The list goes on.

I recommend any LTSR  versions since they have the longest support.

XenDesktop - XenApp. That's the product that allows applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer to be published so then users can logon to a website and click on the Application icons to run the applications, right?

I am in the process of updating XenDesktop infrastructure and choice 7.15.2000 LTSR as they have support for the next 10 year vs. Current Release which is only 6 months and 18 months to the end of life.
