Map program to use with Windows offline

I am running Windows 10.  For my mapping, routing, and record keeping I used Microsoft Streets & Trips for many years.  But now that program is gone, and I can't seem to find a program will let me call up a map, place "pins" on it, identify and mark locations along a route, and print out the map.  It seems as though everyone's gone to their phones for mapping.  Is there a program available that does what MS Streets & Maps used to do?  It doesn't have to be free, but the couple of corporate programs that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars are much more than I need.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I didn't know such a thing existed.  I just tried it, and it works OK.  Not nearly as good as Streets & Trips, but it will do.  Thanks!
