Exchange 2013 disappearing calendar items.

Exchange 2013 (most current version) and Outlook 2013.  Organizer's appointment notes disappear.

Organizer sends out appointment to several people who accept it.  Appointment body has 1 or 2 sentences regarding topics to be discussed.  When Organizer shows up to meeting, There are no notes in the appointment, but attendees still have notes.  Organizer (Big Boss) always has to ask everyone what her notes said.  Heavy use of mobile devices is a suspected culprit.

mobile devices are not recommended when dealing with the calendar meetings. I would recommend you explain that to the boss. that is probably one of the most common issues. dont send or edit calendars via mobile devices. another issue is bosses have delegates who also access their calendars and that can cause issues when delegates are working in the boss calendar and the boss doing things on mobile with calendar. easiest is to just try and convince the boss not to work on calendars from mobile devices.
