I don't know what you mean. By "one digit count data" do you mean the DTA sheet column 'K'?

Just now while trying it out I clicked the 'Clean Count Sheet' button which destroys everything. Do you need that button?

I think all you need the 'Clean Count Sheet' button is to clean columns 'A' to 'G' on the COUNT sheet.

I'm not sure what you are saying/asking but try this,

You can change the source by using the Change Data Source in the Analyze Tab of the PivotTable Tolls.

range K5:K14 on the DTA sheet

has no data though

Click in any PivotTable and the tools appear in the Ribbon

You requested that column 'L' be based on column 'K' on the DTA sheet. When the values in column 'K' on the DTA sheet change the values on column 'L' will change.
