Unaccounted space in Android & how to make Android Outlook use microSD
Q1:
On my 32GB Galaxy Note 4 (appears to have 26GB nett only from Win Explorer) :
see attached. How is the "missing" 6GB accounted for?
Q2:
I'm running MS Outlook on this Note4: when there's is huge emails in my Inbox,
does it "sync" down to the Note4? If so, how can I make it such that it take
Outlook emails take the space on the microSD card & not on the phone?
If this can't be done, is there any other email client app that could sync from
our MS Exchange 2016 but store the emails in microSD : pls recommend &
provide steps to configure

The outlook email client doesn't cache or save the mailbox info to the mobile device. It depends on the app if it will use the MicroSD or not, just see if it will allow you to move the outlook app, and if it allows it then it should work, but if it doesn't allow it then the app only works on the phone storage.

When I first install the Outlook App (haven't sync emails yet), Android's Application Manager
showed it consumes about 120MB but now it shows 152MB : how do we account for the
increase in the consumption of about 30MB?
How do I check if it will allow me to move the outlook app (to the microSD)?

Under "Settings", there's no "Apps" icon but "Application Manager" :
when I use "App Manager" to select an App, it only gives 2 options:
ForceStop, Uninstall,

Another way to free up space but not sure if it will break anything:
connect to my Windows laptop, use Win Explorer to move rarely-
used Whatsapp photos & videos to the microSD.
On rare occasions when the photos/videos are needed, use Win
Explorer to move them back to the phone: will anything break?
