User Profile Disks Settings not saved?

Dear Experts,

We currently use an RDS environment with a Remote Desktop Gateway, and a Seperate Connection broker and 2 Terminal servers.
For the load balancing we use User Profile Disk to roam the user profiles between the 2 terminal servers.
We flat redirect the Contacts, Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Links, Music, and pictures to a fileserver.
For the Roaming user profile data and the User registry data we use the User Profile Disks. (see attachment ISSUE---UPD-setting-on-Gateway.JPG)

When a user logs on to one of the two terminal servers everything goes well and the user profile disks mounts and settings are saved. for example the background. outlook read panel position. signatures in outlook.

But there are also some settings which arent saved. for example the quick access ribbon in Word. in the left top corner in word you can make quick access to the functions in word, excel or powerpoint.
The problem is everytime a user logs off and on. these quick access icons dissapear. (See Attachment ISSUE---Word-Settings.JPG)
I thought this would be saved in the user profile disk. i was really sure of it.
Still some other settings doesnt seem to work correctly. for example specific settings in acrobat reader. for example the checkbox "dont ask again" in the license agreement pane everytime you start adobe acrobat.

Really anoying.. what is saved and what is not? anyone else experience this issue?

Any ideas?

The issue seems to be the fact you are not roaming the whole thing to the UPD. When you do that, certain folders like AppData\Local and AppData\LocalLow, do NOT roam with the UPD. Try including them on the GUI or by editing the file UvhdRoamingPolicy.xml under C:\Windows\RemotePackages\RDFarm on all RD Session Hosts.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having similar issues with user individual settings not holding after logoff. I am running the exact same RD server farm as the OP.
