Need help with an EXCEL formula. &nbsp;I need could from one column based on an answer fro another column. &nbsp;For example; I need to count all the estimated hours for Phase II. &nbsp;Phase II is indicated by &quot;Yes&quot; in the Phase II column. &nbsp;<br />
