On my Dell 24' touch monitor the cursor jumps horizontally when I touch the screen. <br />
The electricity is connected to converter from 24v to 220v. I have tried to connect the monitor to my <br />
laptop and my desktop but it works the same way on both computers.<br />
All other equipment connected to the convertor like TV , PC and some navigation instrumnet works fine.<br />
But when I connect the monitor to normal 220v outlet it works fine.
