Password protecting the settings on a Lexmark C4150 printer

I am installing a new network printer which is a Lexmark C4150.  My problem is that I do not seem to be able to setup a password on the machine console to prevent users adjusting the settings.  I have looked in all the usual configuration places but have drawn a blank.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

All of Lexmark's Business Class machines use the Embedded Webserver (EWS) to lock down settings - not the control panel.  Not all features are supported by all devices though.

This is the generic administrator's manual

Assuming you're not using separate accounts on the printer you need to configure the gueat (no password) account.
