Grammatically they are all correct but it depends on how you want them read.

1)
This road  was not repaired for 5 years  -  removal of "the last" makes this version sound better than it did but both are equally valid.
This road  has not been repaired for the last 5 years

2)
this work must be completed in  a week  -  this version puts more emphasis on the deadline in a week
this work has to be completed in a week

3)
this work is not going to be completed in 2 days
this work won't be completed in 2 days
