what connection staus does your PC outlook client show?  hold ctrl and right click on outlook icon in taskbar by clock - should bring up an extended menu with connection status as an option.  this would be where I would start.

exchange 2010(4 servers-2mailbox and 2 cas)
one cas(nlb) server had pending windows updates and after updating and restarting server everything seems fine, but Im not sure that this resolve the problem because RPC errors shows up  occasionally.
I found couple articles for troubleshooting RPC errors
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/831051/how-to-use-the-rpc-ping-utility-to-troubleshoot-connectivity-issues-wi
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/4494.windows-server-troubleshooting-the-rpc-server-is-unavailable.aspx

There is no more RPC errors and everything seems fine but if someone have advice how to troubleshoot RPC errors in the future. Is the any GUI tool.OffCat tool maybe? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2812744/office-configuration-analyzer-tool-offcat-information
