I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The first one is not grammatically correct. "you are not be"

The second one is OK but overly long.

The third one is best (short and concise)

Write:  you will not be permitted to go into the theater if you don't have a ticket

Good luck.

Appreciate if you explain me why the first sentence is wrong  ?

You are not be permitted  is not very good English grammar because there is a tense issue.

It should read "You will not be permitted"  which then makes it very similar to the third (and correct) sentence.
