powershell for user rights assignment settings export

are there any functions in  powershell that could be used to export the user rights assignment settings and users from a windows server into a csv/text file? I used to use an application called WINAUDIT but it seems a little faulty on newer versions of windows server.

You can export the user rights assignment from the Group policy console itself as csv format. Open the local security policy>>Click on 'User Rights Assignment'>>From the 'Action' drop-down menu, select export list>>select the location and and file format.
