"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The resolution on the pictures isn't the greatest to be able to read the serial or part numbers, but perhaps you can try finding the answer through Windows Device Manager? AMD has a guide that walks you through determining the vendor and model here

I'll keep looking to see what I can find. The part number on the heatsink is pretty clear, and I found a product listing that says its made for "Radeon HD4650 PCIe x16" so that could be a good start.

Hope this helps,

We will certainly need more information specifically the PN or MN on the two stickers.  White sticker and Green.  With those numbers we might be able to help.
