CAL licenses for 2016 VPN?

I'm looking at deploying a Windows 2016 server and adding the VPN role as to support around 50 Windows laptop employees to VPN into our on-prem network from outside.
I understand there would be a license for Windows 2016, but is there a license price per user/laptop that would be required as well for each user/laptop connecting into the VPN, and even if they are already licensed by being on our domain internally?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

there is no such licensing for VPN services ... it's under clients Access Licensing ... when you purchase a server you'll get (AD cals) / (Server Cals) so those comes in it...
