Where is my account

In my NET USER overview I see  an admin account, a guest account and a Wdagutilityaccount. According to the settings in Control panel I am a user, even an Admin, but NET USER doesnt see me. I can login with my user name. I understand that this WDAGutilityaccount has to do with Windows Defender and has to do with W10 Enterprise or the Insider program. Neither applies to me. I am on W10 Pro.

I have many problems, particularly with situations where an admin permission is required. The Command Run as admin doesnt function, also not when I login as an Admin.

I want to export the contents of my PC to another PC, but that fails time and again for reasons I think have to do with this.

This isn't quite correct. Windows 10 Professional supports Windows Defender Application Guard as well. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/windows-defender-application-guard/reqs-wd-app-guard

Have you tried this in safe mode?

If you have a hard drive enclosure, you could take out the existing PC's hard drive and put it in there. Then connect the enclosure to the replacement computer.
Are you using a domain user? That will not show
please switch to your logon screen and let us know if you see an email address under your username? if yes, you are using MS account, not a local user.

Gentlemen, thank you.

In safe mode I see the same with Net user command. It also complains about errors. In the sort of table that net user presents its data I see that on the place where I expect my loginname (theo) it says WDAGutilityaccount and the rest of the line is empty.

Should I edit the registry? (To add my name back and to change the role in Admin)? If so: how?

I am not on a Domain
from a command prompt type "whoami"
User generated imageWhich is different than User generated image from settings / accounts
can you post a screenshot of your NET USER result for review, something just like the one David posted above?
