Can YouTube force a user registration before a viewing?

I have a 15 minute training session video that I will offer for free, and will use Facebook to advertise it. But I only hope to show it to people who have registered.

I created this video to help build my opt-in list, so after they register (name and email) I send the URL for the video.

I expect to need to hide the video as Unlisted, but wonder if YouTube can only show a video to users who reveal themselves tome in the form of a name and email address?

Thanks

Maybe set it for private and then when the users 'register' on your opt in list via your website or FB link or however or wherever you want them to register then you'll give them access to the video?  But with a private video you can only let 50 people access it and that's it.

If your video is hidden, people can share the link to whomever they choose.
I would simply make a brief of the Training Video highlighting the aspects maybe via a powerpoint that can be converted to video or use a self recording highlighting aspects of the training video playing on a wall with illustrations and drawings using tools like Zoomit from Systinternals

If you can grab an audience from that with a free view publicly then add subject to registration to view more.
Youtube also offer different types of Youtube Accounts one Being an Administrative account.
