That would depend on the exchange admin to enable you to view who has a room booked. They would need to change the security of the room to allow users to see this information. By default it is disabled.

If you double click and open the meeting, you should see the organizer, that is person that booked the room.
Also you can run the following and see if organizer info is set to true or false, if its false then it will not show in the calendar info so you would have to see it to true:

Get-CalendarProcessing -Identity "room mailbox" | fl

I want to see for ex 29th October who has booked the room

If you have full management access just access the mailbox and open the calendar and review it. You can access the mailbox via OWA or outlook.

1.  Let's check the default user rights on the conference room in question
Get-MailboxFolderPermission  'emailaddressofconferenceroom:\calendar' | Select User,AccessRights

Usually Default will be set to AvailabilityOnly...if so you won't be able to see who booked it.  Let's massage the rights a little for this room so anyone can view who booked

Set-MailboxFolderPermission 'emailaddressofconferenceroom:\calendar'   -User Default  -AccessRights Reviewer

So I ran this command now

Who booked it

just open the room mailbox and go to the calendar and open the meeting for that day and you will see who booked it if the meeting item hasn't been deleted. if you are attempting to view the calendar meering from your own mailbox calendar but you cant see the organizer, run the cmdlets I gave you and verify that the show organizer property is set to true.
