RSSI and SNR from Cisco CP-8821 mobile phone

Does anyone know of a specific way to get the RSSI and SNR from a CP-8821 Cisco mobile phone?  I checked what I could from the phone itself and tried a couple of other free utiliies without getting that info.  Any ideas please let me know.  Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi Solo,

I did some research and from the documentation it seems that you can find your last Received Signal Strength Indicator the phone received by performing WLAN diagnostics. You can do that by going to Settings -> Admin Settings -> Diagnostics -> WLAN, and then pressing continue. You should then be able to scroll down to the field Last RSSI and your phone will tell you that information. Your administrator might have restricted your access to that option.

I hope this helps, I'll look into finding a way to find the Signal to Noise Ratio (that is what you mean by SNR correct?).

It also sounds like if you can access the Admin Settings Menu, if you go to the Neighbor List Menu and see the RSSI of available access points.
