Get rid of markups
I'm embarrassed to say I'm stuck on what should be a simple problem. I have a MS Word document that was collaborated on with notes and markups. I can shut them all off but don't want anything showing up in final document. But when I try to copy and paste it brings over all the hidden comments. I've tried pasting all the choices to no avail. Could someone fix this?!?

I need to forward this document or a copy of it with no mark-ups to be included into a larger document. I would like all the mark-ups gone. I thought I uploaded the document but must not have.

Wow, that was simple. I figured it was that easy but didn't look at the comments section, just the tracking. Thanks to both, this site always amazes me.
now in the Tracking options, you can click on Final: Show Markup and select Final
this HIDES all the changes, bur does not REMOVE them!
