Within DNS manager, what are the values in the brackets "[ ]" within the Data column?

Agreed the above comment. SRV Record usually represents a string of parameters, including Service (the name of a certain service), Proto (the service protocol), Name (the desired domain name), TTL, DNS Class, Priority (the target host priority), Weight (a relative weight for records with the same priority), Port (the service's port), Target (the canonical hostname of the server providing the service).
