Design a Table/PivotTable<br />
Open the PivotTable Design Tools that are displayed when you click into the PivotTable<br />
Extend the List.#<br />
At the bottom click on New PivotTable Style to display this dialog<br />

Will this appear in the list of Recommended Pivot tables i.e. click on pivot table | Analyze | Recommended Pivot tables - just to the right of Pivot Charts?

I don't think you can add to that Dialog. It stores it in the Custom styles.<br />
