"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Likely best to contact each company + ask for how to either derive this information (using the dig command) or where they publish their IP block updates.

Or... likely better... just unblock the port for all IPs used by both services.

Keep in mind, as IP blocks change, if you miss updating your Firewall IP whitelists, then you may end up with very glitchy service + difficult to debug problems.
