Mailbox Quarantined Exchange 2013
I have an exchange server 2013 and I have one mailbox that keeps getting quarantined. I can disable the quarantine but it will inevitably get quarantined again.
I have seen that you can add reg values for:
MailboxQuarantineCrashThre
MailboxQuarantineDurationI
To change the default values. Is this a viable solution?
I also read that many times software fix from MS is needed to remedy the issue. What software is this?
Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried moving that mailbox to a different database?

Would that mean I create another DB in Exchange and move it there? I don't have a 2nd one as of now?
