I have an exchange server 2013 and I have one mailbox that keeps getting quarantined. &nbsp;I can disable the quarantine but it will inevitably get quarantined again. &nbsp;<br />
I have seen that you can add reg values for:<br />
MailboxQuarantineCrashThre<wbr />shold <br />
MailboxQuarantineDurationI<wbr />nseconds<br />
To change the default values. &nbsp;Is this a viable solution?<br />
I also read that many times software fix from MS is needed to remedy the issue. &nbsp;What software is this?<br />

To change the default values.  Is this a viable solution?
