Cannot print images from Outlook using Quick Print
A client has a Ricoh MP3003 printer that they can't print PNGs\Jpegs from Outlook using quick print but can print PDFs and Word docs.
One user is on Windows 7 and can print if the file is saved to the desktop before printing.
The other user on Windows 10 can't print images either way.
The screen hangs on scanning for the printer (see attached)
The Windows 10 user also gets
an error: Your pictures can't be printed because this error occurred: An internal error occurred.'

can i first know if the printer works with other apps on the same computer? does a Printer Test work?

@Obi Wan - The Outlook version is 1809 (Build 10827.20150)
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is associated with PDFs
@bbao - Yes, printing works from other apps on the same machine and test pages from the printer work.
When I tested it this morning, printing PDFs was fine but still can't print images.

Try another PDF association and try print again.. reboot for good measure
