Print a statistic for Email usage in an organization

Is there any service or tool, in exchange server to evaluate the percent of email usage for a specific department or account?
If so! Please guide me how to use it.

what kind of exchange services are you referring to? An Exchange server on premises or Office 365 Exchange Services in cloud?

How about "SCOM" ? does it support the same could I get my Email statistic report via "SCOM"? do you have any idea about it?

i am sorry i missed your comment on SCOM.

yes, you can use SCOM to monitor Exchange Server and see more details (counters) using an Exchange Server Management Pack. it would be a comprehensive solution at a cost or fortune. commonly this solution or approach is for data enter managing multiple enterprise services and sites on Microsoft servers.
