users on Litigation unable to delete items
users on Litigation Hold unable to delete items. What can be the best options without removing litigation hold.
That is the purpose of litigation hold. To preserve information.

Litigation hold states that it will be invisible to users, the items will be available on the Exchange server only. In this case when user is trying to remove deleted items they are not able to do so.
It is supposed to be invisible for the users and that's the only way I have seen it work. Do you get any error when trying to delete an item? Also, which Exchange Server version are you using?
