Dcdiag: FsrEvent test failed

I am trying to get FSMO roles from an old Windows 2000 AD to a Windows 2008 R2 Standard machine.
Currently, all roles are on Windows 2000.

dcdiag shows me this error:

Starting test: frsevent
         * The File Replication Service Event log test
There are warning or error events within the last 24 hours after the

SYSVOL has been shared. Failing SYSVOL replication problems may cause

         Group Policy problems.

I don't know if is relevant, but there was a disk space issue on Windows 2008.
Now I have deleted some content , and I have about 9 GB space free.

How can I go ahead ?

Thank you

Edit: I ran Event viewer on Windows 2000 (from 2008R2, so I can assume that RPC is fine between two machines).
I noticed several error "event 13508" ... it seems Windows 2000 cannot resolve other server's hostname.
Now I fixed this issue.

dcdiag still shows same error.
What can I do?
Thank you again

Hi,
I got error about "JRNL_WRAP_ERROR", I suspect this is due to the fact that disk space was almost 100% for a long time.
In order to restore a "good" copy of Active Directory on Windows 2008, I ran dcpromo to demote it, and then add again as DC.
Unfortunately, it seems that now I have MORE error than before :(

I still have "test FrsEvent failed".
I also have "EvtFormatMessage failed, error 15027"

Thank you
Which server had the JRNL_WRAP_ERROR in its FRS log?
hi, drdave
the one with Windows 2008 R2
thank you
OK, thanks. Does the Windows 2000 DC currently have SYSVOL and NETLOGON shares, and are there any recent errors in its FRS log?
