Need help with Hyper-V VMM Networking
I need help with Hyper-V VMM. Started out just using Hyper-V Manager only but now trying to wrap my head around Virtual Machine Manager (VMM).
1. If I have a VLAN set on a VM in Hyper-V Manager, is it possible for me to change the VM's VLAN through VMM? Reason I ask is I did change the VLAN on the VMM side but it is still the same on the VM when I look at it in Hyper-V. VM also asks like it is in the same VLAN.

2. Anyone have any good resource on how to set-up being able to use VLANs in Hyper-V in the simplest way.

what does it show if you click th BROWSE button for VM Network of Network Adapter 1?

What do you mean the browse button? I looked at the network adapter settings on the VM on both the VMM server and Hyper-V Manager.
i was referring to the Browse button under Network Adapter 1 > Connectivity > Connected to a VM network > VM network.

This what the settings look like on the host that has the VM whose VLAN I am trying to change. Again, it allows it to change it on the VMM side but when I view the VM from Hyper-V manager directly on the host the network adapter is still in the original VLAN. I made the VLAN change directly on the host (via Hyper-V manager). Can VMM override that?

Again where are you wanting me to look? On VMM or Hyper-V manager on the host?
