CISCO as VPN client can connect to the Ubuntu Dedicated Server?

Internet (ISP) ----> CISCO 891 ----> Ubuntu Server [Another Country/City] (IPSec or smthing) ------]
                                                                                       Internet (ISP) <------ CISCO 891 <---------------------]

Can i configure the my home CISCO router to connect to another VPN Server and give access to my home computers to the internet from this Server?

I want access to the internet from another IP address (VPN) from cisco rounter, not from pc or mobile devices. I have only Dedicated Server on another side
