You have to be more specific here, what exactly does "remove an email" mean? Is this a specific message you want to remove? If so, use the Search-Mailbox cmdlet for on-premises mailboxes or follow the steps here if the mailbox is in O365: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/search-for-and-delete-messages-in-your-organization
Well, you can also use Search-Mailbox for cloud mailboxes, but in general you should b every careful with it.

The same process applies to the scenario where you want to remove a message from all or group of mailboxes.

Thanks Vasil, its a request from one of our customers, this is specific spam message they want to remove, (they have a symantec spam filter which they have control of, they want us to remove it from 365 side)
